Questions from runners.
Will my marathon medal fit in the frame?
Most marathon and half marathon medals up to 10–12 cm fit, and the ribbon clips into a slot. Some big city marathons hand out larger medals: send us the size before you order and we will check it.
What should I put on the nameplate?
Most runners put the race and year on line one, for example "Berlin Marathon 2026", and their name and finish time on line two, for example "Anna de Vries - 3:41:12". Up to 30 characters per line.
How long does shipping take?
Frames are handmade and shipped within 5–7 working days. Shipping is free to every EU country; to the United States it is €50.
